Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by 1UP! Sales AI Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202557741R), a company registered in Singapore.
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
2. Services
We provide AI-powered lead response solutions for businesses, including:
- Automated lead response via WhatsApp and messaging platforms
- Lead qualification and appointment scheduling
- Custom AI training tailored to your business
- Ongoing support and system maintenance
3. Trial and Payment
Trial Period: Qualifying businesses receive a complimentary trial as specified in your service agreement.
Fees: After the trial, services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information for AI configuration
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Obtain necessary consent before automated contact with leads
- Use the service for lawful business purposes only
5. Intellectual Property
All AI systems, software, and proprietary methods remain the exclusive property of 1UP! Sales AI Technologies. You retain full ownership of your business data and customer information.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1UP! Sales AI Technologies from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
